These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions of use of the website https://www.mtipspro.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as the relationship between Мтипс ЕООД, a company duly registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, 1700 Sofia, Lozenets district; 1700 Lozenets Blvd. Simeonovsko shose (hereinafter referred to as “We/Us/Supplier”) and the User (hereinafter referred to as “You/Broker/User”) related to the use of and access to the Website.

III. DEFINITIONS
Art. 3. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
Website: a set of websites with a common home page that loads in your browser when you enter the address www.mtipspro.com.
Provider – a natural/legal person providing services through the website.
User – any person who has entered the web address or accessed the website through a redirect from another website to use the services offered on the website.
User Profile (Account) – a section of the website formed by an email address and a personal password, allowing the user to request a subscription, containing complete basic information about the history of their actions on the website (orders, order movements, etc.).
Subscription – an electronic document representing a form of communication between the Provider and the User, through which the User declares to the Provider via the Website his intention to purchase services from the Website.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions We may assume that You have the right to be bound by them. You may not use this website if you are under the legal age of majority.
Art. 5. Мтипс ЕООД provides a place to track bookmaker activity and view their latest tips. Мтипс ЕООД does not recommend that any real money is betted based on this information and cannot be held liable for any losses due to acting on the information. Art. 6. By entering as a party to these Terms and Conditions, the User declares that Мтипс ЕООД:
does not facilitate betting on sporting events;
is not a sports totalisator/bookmaker;
and does not process any payments for sports betting purposes.
All statistics and data on the website are collected using hypothetical scenarios and figures. Website values have no real or implied value – they have no payout value.
Art. 7. By entering as a party to these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that the responsibility for all content provided and/or uploaded and any consequences thereof is entirely theirs.
VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Art. 8. (1) All rights to www.mtipspro.com remain the property of Мтипс ЕООД. These rights apply to the design, logos, site structure, images, video, buttons, data, content, technology, software, code and all other aspects of the website – excluding user content.
(2) By entering as a party to these Terms and Conditions, the User irrevocably agrees that any enhancement suggestions subsequently implemented will become the property of Мтипс ЕООД without compensation, financial or otherwise. Suggestions, ideas and concepts you share with Мтипс ЕООД are done so at the free will of the User. By using www.mtipspro.com and its Services, you agree to grant all rights to Мтипс ЕООД on advice made through the system, and that Мтипс ЕООД may use or incorporate said results into the Site, Services or future versions thereof. We own all data generated by your use of the Site (excluding your Content).

Art. 9. (1) Any adult person has the right to create a user account on https://www.mtipspro.com.
(2) Only a valid email address, phone number and two names are required to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

VIII. ACCOUNT PROTECTION
Art. 11. (1)By signing in as a party to these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees and understands that he is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his login details to his account at www.mtipspro.com.
(2) By entering as a party to these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that any information provided in their account is true, current and completely accurate. If any information changes, the User agrees to update his account accordingly. The User understands that the User shall not disclose its login credentials to any third party. The right to access www.mtipspro.com is granted personally to the User and may not be transferred by the User to any other person.
Art. 11. If the User becomes aware of any unauthorized access to his/her account or profile information, he/she must immediately contact www.mtipspro.com at the following email address: info@mtipspro.com.
IX. PERMISSIBLE USES.
Art. 13. By entering as a party to these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that they will not provide Content on the Site or use the Site or use any information from the Site that:
– contains software viruses of any kind, including but not limited to Trojans, spyware or malware.
– infringes or violates the intellectual property of any third party
– is threatening, abusive, malicious or damaging to any person, entity or company (Мтипс ЕООД)

– Imitates Мтипс ЕООД, www.mtipspro.com or any of their owners, employees or otherwise misrepresents your relationship with Мтипс ЕООД.
– Sells or rents any Services from the Site.
– is harmful to minors in any way, nor one that encourages minors to visit the Site.
– uses manual or automated techniques to monitor or reproduce the Site or any content it contains.
– facilitates the illegal distribution of copyrighted content.
– contains adult or pornographic content
– promotes hate speech, racism, terrorism.
X. RESPONSIBILITY
Art. 14. (1) Мтипс ЕООД shall not be liable to you or any User of the www.mtipspro.com website for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of the Site. This includes but is not limited to loss of business.
(2) Content provided by third parties on the Site which is used for events, markets, results and odds is published as is it is when provided to us. We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of such third party information. It is the User’s responsibility to take reasonable steps to verify this information before using or acting on it.
(3) We cannot be held responsible for the content of a third party website that you visit when you leave our website via a link provided by us or another user, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result.
(4) We will endeavor to maintain 100% uninterrupted operation of the website. We shall not be liable for any damages caused by interruption of the website due to unforeseen circumstances, site maintenance or otherwise.
(5) Мтипс ЕООД shall not be liable for damages if the User misses any of the notifications of new content. You, the User, must inform us if you believe that a result has been recorded incorrectly. (6) The decision of Мтипс ЕООД shall be final. The odds and results data comes from third party resources, we cannot be held responsible if the feed is incorrect or unavailable at any given time.
Art. 15. By agreeing to use our service, the User grants Мтипс ЕООД permission to use/compare any data entered by the User on this Site in accordance with Мтипс ЕООД Privacy Policy.
Art. 16. By entering into these Terms and Conditions as a party, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to legal fees, an award of damages, losses or costs that we may incur as a result of a claim brought directly or indirectly based on a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
XI. AMENDMENT AND ACCESS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art. 17 (1) These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Provider, for which the latter shall notify all registered Users in an appropriate manner.
(2) The Provider and the User agree that any amendment and modification of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective against the User in one of the following cases:
1. after being expressly notified by the Provider and if the User does not state within 3 days that he rejects them;
2. after their publication on the Provider’s website and if the User does not state within 3 days of their publication that he rejects them; or
3. with the User’s express acceptance through his/her account on the Supplier’s website.
4. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services will be deemed acceptance of any modifications made.
(3) The User agrees that all statements of the Provider regarding the change of these Terms and Conditions will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the User upon registration. User agrees that emails sent pursuant to this Article need not be signed with an electronic signature to be applicable to User.
Art. 18. The Provider shall publish these Conditions on www.mtipspro.com together with any additions or amendments thereto.
XII. TERMINATION
Art. 19. These General Terms and Conditions and the User’s contract with the Provider shall be terminated in the following cases:
1. in case of termination and liquidation or bankruptcy of one of the parties in the contract;
2. by mutual consent of the Parties expressed in writing.
3. in the event of objective impossibility of one of the Parties in the Contract to perform its obligations;
4. in case of cancellation of the User’s registration on the Provider’s website. In this case, the concluded subscription contracts shall remain in force.
XIII. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Art. 21. (1) By using the Website it is understood that the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
(2) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The courts of the Republic of Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise in connection with the performance of these Terms and Conditions. The same applies to any problems with the use of the website and/or any of the accessible areas of the website.
XIV. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Art. 22. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User expressly understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) use of the Service is at User’s own risk;
(b) the service provided is on an “as is” and “as available” basis, Мтипс ЕООД makes no warranty that:
(i) The Service will meet the User’s requirements;
(ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free;
(iii) the results of such Services will be accurate or reliable;
(iv) all errors will be corrected;
(v) the quality of the services, products, content or other materials purchased or provided to you through your use of the Service will meet its expectations;
(d) no warranties will be created by any information (written or otherwise) obtained by the User from Мтипс ЕООД or the Service unless expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions.
XV. TERMINATION OF SERVICE.
Art. 23. Мтипс ЕООД reserves the right to terminate these General Terms and Conditions and the concluded Subscription(s)/Contract(s) at any time. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of Мтипс ЕООД and may be made without any cost, charge or liability. Any notice of termination will be sent to the User via the email address provided in the registered account. Мтипс ЕООД also reserves the right to terminate any Service or portion of the Website at any time.
